What this portal is

This portal gives each David's Roofing & Restorations customer a private page for their own project — appointment details, project status, proposals, documents, and notes. Pages are reached through a private link we send you by text or email. There are no accounts and no passwords, and each link opens one project only.

What we collect here

• Project information you view — your name, phone number, property address, appointment times, proposals, and invoices come from our job records; the portal displays them to you but doesn't collect anything new by showing them.
• Information you choose to submit — an email address (so we can send your written estimate and project updates), notes you write to the office, appointment changes, and proposal decisions. These go straight into your job record in our customer-management system.

The portal sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers.

How we use it

Only to run your project: scheduling and confirming visits, preparing and delivering your estimate, coordinating the work, invoicing, and answering your questions. We don't sell your information, we don't share it for anyone else's marketing, and we don't add you to mailing lists.

Service providers

Like most businesses, we use a few tools to operate, and your information passes through them only so we can serve you: our customer-management system (JobNimbus), our proposal tool (SumoQuote), our accounting system (QuickBooks), Microsoft 365 for email, and Twilio for text messages. The map image on your project page is loaded from Google Maps, which may receive standard technical data (like your IP address) when the map displays.

Your private link

Your page is protected by a signed link that expires (typically after 90 days) — that's why we ask you not to forward it. If a link expires, you can request a fresh one on the expired-link page; it will only ever be sent to the email address already on your file.

Retention & your choices

Project records are kept as part of our normal business records — which works in your favor: customers ask us for warranty paperwork and receipts years later, and we can provide them. If you'd like something corrected, or want to opt out of texts (reply STOP) or emails, just tell us.
